This non-accredited mini course is based on mandatory training requirements of health and social care settings.
This Enrichment course is made up of two units.

1. Sepsis Awareness
2. Wound Care

Learners will gain an understanding of the symptoms of sepsis, how it is managed and treated, and who is most at risk from developing it. They will also learn about basic wound care and the importance of infection control and hand hygiene.

The mini course is computer marked and takes approximately 1 hour to complete.
