What will I study?

You will study a range of modules designed to allow you to explore what it is to manage staff and projects, to make changes with confidence, explore the international health and social care sector and to carry out relevant and work related research.

Through a variety of assignments including essays, presentations, reports, displays and portfolios.

Bachelor of Science in Health and Social Care Management Either at BSC level or at BSC Honours

What can I do after completing this course?

Once you have graduated you will have a full honours degree and be ready to progress into management positions in hospitals, local government or education are all open to graduates. The positions include operational management in care settings and hospice settings with responsibility for quality improvement, planning and implementing change and reviewing the outcomes.

Additional Info

Applicants must be working in an Health Care setting and should have normally been employed within that setting for at least two years. Applicants must be involved in at least 12 hours / week of activity within the setting.

Applicants must have a current and valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) report.
